Description
We brewed this beer in 3 different versions of a Belgian red. The first, was aged in our bright tanks for a year with both lactobacillus and brettanomyces, and raspberry and blackberry puree. The second was a red ale brewed with a Belgian yeast that added fruitiness to balance the sour flavor. The 3rd version was aged in our oak barrels and inoculated with brettanomyces. All 3 were blended to create the final version. Only available in Fort Collins and Denver.
