Plenty of hops balance the plentiful amount of different malts we use to brew this beer with, but every sip will leave you intrigued and wanting for more because there is nothing like Colorado honey to make an ordinary American Brown Ale EXTRA-ordinary.
Food Pairing: Roasted chicken, smoked trout, salmon, and hearty options such as beef stew. Great with blue-veined cheeses (Maytag Blue, Roquefort, Shropshire, or Stilton)
