Description
This is a delicate and balanced ale that is similar in taste to a pilsner and was brewed by the talented Derek Ordway of Hops and Berries. This version is slightly hoppier than the Köln version and is made with Magnum and Hallertauer MF as well as Pilsner, Pale Wheat Malt and German Yeast.
