Made entirely with Motueka hops from New Zealand, The Southern Oracle has a light citrus aroma, with hints of lemon and tropical fruit. Light malt sweetness balances the moderate hop bitterness. Again, the flavor is reminiscent of citrus fruit. A clean maltiness rides through the finish with lingering hop character.
