Fruit Stand® is our fruited version of Saison. It contains the same base beer characteristics as Saison but we have layered in some of our favorite fruits to create a whole new flavor profile. We experiment with many different fruits but each beer is always blended with about two pounds of whole fruit per gallon then aged in oak wine barrels
