Description
A helles style lager (think of it as a maltier pilsner w/o the hoppy bitterness and flavor) that was conditioned on pressed Mourvedre grape skins for a few weeks. It is crystal clear with a slight orange-pink hue from the grapes. The aroma has red berry and grape notes with a light pilsner malt backbone. The palate adds a touch of perceived bitterness from the tannins extracted from the grape skins, and finishes crisp and clean.
