Parrot of Paradise is a summer IPA that finds itself in an interesting space between historic west coast and today’s tableau of haze. Parrot of Paradise delivers clean fluff made particularly unique with the use of two experimental strains that emit strong fruited, berry bubble yum aromas and a sweetness contained nicely by an IPA bitterness echoing from the early aughts.
