Mash Lab Brewing

A setting like no other brewery; Mash Lab is housed in Pinkee’s Rod Shop an award winning, nationally recognized hot rod and custom car shop with only a glass wall separating the two businesses.  Enjoy your exceptional craft beer while watching sheet metal transform into automotive art.  Look around and you will notice some items created by Pinkee’s in the brewery; tap handles, machined aluminum coasters and table bases to name a few.  And on occasion, you’ll see some pretty cool rides parked in the lot.

We hope you find some time to stop by, say “Hi” and let us know what you think about Windsor’s premier craft brewery.  We are located just north of Crossroads Blvd, within walking or bike riding distance from many homes in Windsor and we have some custom bike racks to lock your bike up.  Snacks offered in the taproom include:  Uncle Andy’s Jerky, On Tap Kitchen Pretzels and soda.  Our Food truck schedule can be found on the Calendar page.
