Description
This Imperial IPA is named after one of the twin stars known as Pollux in the constellation Gemini. For our Pollux Imperial India Pale Ale, Amarillo, Azacca, Mosaic, Simcoe, Calypson and Columbus hops were used. They give Pollux a tropical hop flavor and aroma with hints of orange and grapefruit.
