Description
The second release in our limited edition Savor Series. Kettle-Soured Dark Cherry Imperial Red Ale was fermented on dark cherries to provide a hint of sweetness, this Imperial Red Ale uses Brewer’s yeast combined with Lactobacillus to give a distinct sourness without being overly puckering. Magnum, Tettnanger, and Cascade hops sit pleasantly on the palate.
