Grimm Story: The Sparrow and His Four Children
Just as the children in the Grimm tale follow the sparrow’s advice, we too have decided to heed your advice about releasing an IPA. This IPA is for all of our hop loving fans.
40 lbs of hops went into the boil and then we dry hopped it for good measure. Unlike most American IPAs, we used mostly German hops including Hull Melon, Mandarina Bavaria, Smaragd, and the American Mosaic. This is an IPA with a German twist that will satisfy the palate of even the most staunch hophead.
