oak and vanilla sweetness while it aged for several months in neutral
whiskey barrels, creating a clean, wood character to an already smooth,
traditional lager.
Beer Menu: Aged for several months in whiskey barrels, this traditionally
smooth lager is bready, mildly caramel with enhanced notes of oak and
vanilla sweetness.
Special Notes: This Oktoberfest was brewed with a single decoction mash
and 100% German ingredients. 100% specialty malts then aged in neutral
whiskey barrels for several months, then reblended with fresh beer.
