Fort Collins Brewery

The Fort Collins Brewery is a smaller brewing company that is beginning to quickly expand. Founded in 2003 by Tom and Jan Peters, the brewery started on the industrial part of Lincoln Avenue in a very small building. In August of 2010, they moved to a brand spankin’ new building further down on Lincoln, very close to Odell’s (pretty much next door). It’s still small compared to the other breweries in the beer-triangle (or brew-muda triangle as some have called it), brewing about 7,500 barrels of beer per year, but now they have some elbow room to work and even some more to grow.
