Description
When we set out to craft our perfect IPA, we knew we had to use the best varietals available and lots of them. We use more than 3 pounds of hops per barrel in our IPA with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe comprising the majority of those, lending a huge, juicy, bright citrus hop flavor and aroma. The dry finish and restrained bitterness help accentuate the hop character without overpowering it, creating a surprisingly drinkable beer considering the higher alcohol and overwhelming amount of hops used.
