Summer Pale Ale SPA

Summer Pale Ale is our version of the iconic West Coast-style Pale Ale. Our brewer’s decided this beer should be all about the hops. Therefore, we brew it without any crystal malt. In choosing to brew a beer this way, we are left to focus solely on the expressive nature of the hops they choose for this beer.

Description and Information:

Aroma – A largely citric and piney blast of hop aromas greet you. Resinous qualities of fresh leaf hops abound and really drive the aroma in this beer.
Taste – Your first sip will awake your taste buds with some spicy hop qualities. The finish of the beer is quite dry which allows the hop flavor and intensity to build. Your next sip will confirm these flavors are large and in charge in this beer.
Color – Straw Yellow
O.G. – 1.058
Finish – Incredibly dry with a memorable hop presence.
Body – Low to medium. A beer that celebrates hops from start to finish… a very long, dry finish.
ABV – 5.2%
Hops – Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo and Simcoe
Suggested Serving Temp – 46° – 52° F
