Streetlight Serenade Stout

“I’ll sing this song to my bike and everything else that I like. I look at all the cars I pass, I cruise myself in the glass.” Streetlight Serenade (to no one) is a song by the Bouncing Souls and has inspired our assistant brewer Titus’ latest solo brew an Orange Blossom Honey Stout. A dry and somewhat bitter base stout lends itself to the warm balance that sweet orange blossom honey provides. The honey was added late enough to the brew to allow for its true character to come through in the finished beer and with a lower ABV makes this treat of a brew drinkable by the pint. Enjoy the ride!
