Description
Honey Fire Nectarines grown in Paso Robles were added to oak fermented proprietary base beer & aged for eight months. It was then blended with a micro batch of beer fermented with wild dwarf peaches from Arroyo Grande. Nectarine flesh on the nose with bright nectarine flavors on the palate meld with the tartness, with a subtle peach background & hints of funky yeast, spicy oak with a crisp acidity.
