Maple Parabola (10oz)

Firestone Walker Brewing Co. is working on releasing Maple Parabola, a 10 precent ABV imperial stout aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels that will join Firestone Walker’s Proprietor’s Vintage Series.

As the name suggests, the stout uses the Paso Robles, Calif.-based brewery’s Parabola as its base, a Russian imperial stout brewed with hallertau and Zeus hops along with nine different malts.

The new beer will join a number of different Parabola variants that have been released over the years, including Scotch Parabola, Coconut Rye Parabola and Parabajava.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Maple Parabola will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles with 300 cases available when it is released.
