Description
Our Surreal Golden Sour Ale started as a 100% Brettanomyces fermented beer before we racked it into oak barrels to age in our barrel cellar. Choosing some of our favorite barrels this first release is a blend of 22 and 18 month old golden sour ale. L’Brett d’Or exhibits a tart character with funky Brettanomyces aromas and flavors melding with citrusy tropical fruit nuances.
