Description
This light pale ale was created by local home brewers Gerry and Jonnie Lynch. After receiving a gold medal at the Liquid Poetry Slam, we chose their beer to be entered into the Pro-Am competition at GABF. What You Want features sizable hop additions later in the boil, and for dry hopping. This imparts a strong aroma, and flavor of pine and juiciness, without too much bitterness. It’s what you want, and baby we’ve got it!
