Light amber with red hues, O’Rion is a traditional Irish style red ale. A soft aroma, with hints of caramel, preludes a malty, toffee like flavor. The hops contribute a mild bitterness and subtle earthiness. O’Rion balances towards malt sweetness, without being overwhelming. The body is surprisingly light, and the finish is quick and clean.
