Description
Bruz Onyx Stout is a classic Belgian-style stout – strong and very drinkable with an intriguing depth of complexity. Seven imported malts give it a roasty, grainy aroma and flavor profile, with distinct coffee and dark chocolate notes. A generous portion of dark Belgian candi sugar provides flavors of dark fall fruits, raisins and dates, and contributes to Onyx’s complex dry finish. Belgian strong ale yeast rounds out this malty, full-bodied brew.
