Description
We brewed Moonhead IPA with our friends at The Mayor of Old Town to celebrate their 3rd Anniversary. Local musicians You, Me, and Apollo joined us for the brew day. Moonhead is an American style IPA, with an assertive hop profile. Soft malt sweetness balances the moderate bitterness. The hop flavor is somewhat spicy with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. The hop character lingers in the finish.
