Groundwork Red IPA
Horse & Dragon
Description
This copper-colored brew starts with a caramel/toffee aroma, but even on the nose a hint of citrus & pine advocates for the hops coming your way. These sweet & clean flavors continue into the taste. You’ll notice a medium-heavy body to the beer. In the finish you’ll get both the sweet crystal malt character and some residual resiny/lime-zest bitterness, courtesy of Wakatu & Chinook hops. This beer was brewed to support The House That Beer Built II, an effort by 12 local breweries to fund a Habitat for Humanity house in Fort Collins. [The first House That Beer Built was also built in FoCo, in 2013. The effort has since been emulated by several other brewing communities.] Thanks for being a part of this effort by enjoying Groundwork Red IPA! #craftbeerfolkisgoodfolk!
