Inspired by a robust, Belgian bruin that the brewers tasted on a trip to Austin, TX, this collaboration with the High Gravity Beer Club from The Mayor of Old Town is delectable! Huge raisin, date, palm sugar and fudge notes dominate the aromatics of this beer while a subtle sweetness lingers through the finish. While this beer will be available for a short time in the base beer form, rest assured that a bourbon barrel aged version will surface sometime in the not-so-distant future.
