Description

This light-hued beer was inspired by Belgian Tripels and Golden Strong ales. A high percentage of Pilsner malt and a new yeast strain we used present a sweet lemon character in the aroma. This citrus quality carries into the flavor and finishes with a slight tartness. This beer is well balanced and smooth, making it easy to drink and slightly deceptive because of its high ABV.
